Pig Launchers and Receivers 

We can fabricate pig launchers and receivers, which play an instrumental role during in-line inspections—commonly referred to as pigging. These pipeline inspection gauges, or pigs, are used during these inspections and are inserted into the pipeline and pushed along by product flow until the pig is carried through to the receiver. While passing through the pipeline, it is effectively cleared by the pig which pushes plugs and debris to the receiver where it can be collected. We can fabricate any kind of pig launcher and receiver you require based on the type of procedure you’re performing or the operating conditions associated with your pipeline. 

Slug Catchers 

These are designed to effectively create a retention period that slows the flow of fluid through your pipelines when a large volume of fluid begins to suddenly move along a pipeline. It helps to effectively control the flow of high volumes of liquid as it moves through pipelines. We are capable of fabricating finger slug catchers and vessel slug catchers that are designed to your required specifications. 

Separators 

We can also fabricate test separators for various fluid types, including oil and gas (2-phase separators), water, oil and gas (3-phase separators), or sand, water, oil, and gas (4-phase separators) that are specifically tailored to the operating conditions of your land or offshore oil and gas applications.
